Return and Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases at Anna Beauté Plus. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer you a
simple and flexible return and exchange policy.
1. General Conditions
Returns and exchanges are accepted under the following conditions:
The jewel must be returned within 14 days of receipt of the order.
The jewelry must be unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging (box, pouch, tags intact).
Items on sale or purchased with a discount code are not eligible for return or exchange , except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error on our part (defective item, order error).
2. Return and exchange procedure
To initiate a return of an item you want to exchange:
Contact our customer service at retour@annabeauteplus.com or via our online form indicating:
- Your order number
- The item(s) concerned and the reason for the return.
- The model(s) you wish to receive in exchange.
You will receive an email with return instructions, including the address to send the item to.
Carefully pack the jewelry in its original packaging and then send it to the address provided.
Please note that shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once we receive and inspect the original jewelry, we will ship your desired item to you within 7-10 business days , subject to availability.
3. Defective Items or Order Error
If you receive a defective item or an error has been made with your order, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to return the item, and we will replace it or refund you at no additional cost.
4. Exclusions
Personalized items (engravings, custom orders, etc.) cannot be returned or exchanged unless they have a manufacturing defect.
Jewelry showing signs of wear, damage, or handling is not eligible for return or exchange.
5. Reimbursement
We do not offer refunds on any of our items. You can however request an exchange.
Initial shipping charges are non-refundable , except in the case of an error on our part (defective item, order error).
